9.1.2018 – 9.8.2018
I woke up and suddenly had turned 28.
We finished our 5-week west coast trip just in time to come back to Texas and celebrate with my family.
Be patient family, we will be spending the last month of our time in the states with you… saving the best for last, all my favorites.
We were in Texas for a short 8 days, but we got to do a lot!
Besides, laundry and repacking to start for our East coast trip.
We celebrated my grandmas 90th birthday!
You heard me right! My grandma, we call her Momo, turned 90 years young.
I have been so blessed to grow up with a grandma that I admire and look up to. Sean and I even gave my sweet baby girl, Sophie, Momo’s middle name, Gene.
I want my little girl to always know her great grandma and the legacy she will leave. I want her to grow up knowing how much of an inspiration and a role model she is for our entire family.
It has been a really long time since my entire family was in one spot all together. As all of my cousins and I get older, we are getting married, moving cities, having kids and we just are not together for the holidays as often. Especially me, since I am the odd ball and moved 9,000 miles away. So, this birthday was special.
Happy birthday Momo, we love you.
