After a long day of traveling, we woke up in North Dakota on the Swindler Farms.
We were able to visit the amazing Nathan and Angie Swindler!
The fed us, cared for us and just had a great day getting a tour of their land. For a girl who attended Texas A&M and was constantly surrounded by my fellow agriculture peers, I now have even more respect for what you do. The Swindler Farms were beautiful and just being able to see the variety of things being grown was pretty dang awesome.
Thank you, Angie, for the wonderful food and holding my precious baby girl!
And Nathan, you are one great guy! It is so awesome to see how 14 years can pass and it is as if it were yesterday. Extremely blessed to have had the chance to break bread with you and your family.
Also, we were gifted with some amazing lotions and soaps from Prairie Soap House & Apothecary. You should check out all of her wonderful handmade items. They are one of a kind!
I can not wait to order more and take some stock back with me to Kenya!
