You know when you meet people and even though you don’t know if you will ever see each other again, you just know in your heart you will stay forever connected. That is Kathleen and Aaron. They are a couple that you automatically gravitate towards. They not only have those hearts that care deeply for so many, but they love immensely. I am beyond blessed to call them friends and am so happy we got to make it to “lull-ville” aka Louisville, Kentucky.
We spent the evening and the following morning chasing our kiddos. It is crazy how four years ago we were sitting in a mission training facility together in Colorado Springs learning various tonal sounds and how to effectively roll “r’s” to prep for language learning in a new country as well as we were both enjoying the married pre-kid life.
Now we have toddlers.
It sure makes for a different dynamic, but was perfect in every aspect as well. We enjoyed taco soup with children laughing in the background and Jadon constantly offering us his invisible tea with Hadley’s teapot.
We loved every moment of the evening and what overflowed into the morning.
